Accounting
Every company, big and small, Vietnamese or Foreign Invested company, need a good accountant. In Vietnam it is not possible to even open a company without having a Chief Accountant, regardless of the type of business license.
If your company has just started, or it is a small company then there will not be enough work for a full time staff to take care of accounting. We can provide a reliable Chief of Account service, that will not only report your company financial to the Government Tax department monthly & yearly, but also will help you on summarizing your revenue if needed. We even use this service ourselves.
With our Accountant service, you don’t need to worry about forgetting the monthly finance report, and you will only need to pay them per report.

Labor registering and insurance
For each full time employee you hire, your company will have to register and take care of their social & health insurance. And when the amount of your full time staff is more than 5 people, then it is time for you to set up a Labor Union following Vietnamese Labor Code.
Same as with accounting, maybe you don’t want to pay for a full time staff to take care of it. We can provide a service to take care of all of the matters mentioned above.

Work permit and visa
If you have any foreign employee working for you, then getting them a work permit and extending their visa is a must, for more information, please take a look at our Paper work service for these matters.
Office equipment repairs and daily operations
Apart from the specified services, we can also adapt to your needs. Anything from making sure that the ink in your printer will not suddently run out while you are working, to find a place to repair laptops for your staff, flowers for your office on every Monday to arranging a trip or team building event for your company.
