Translation & interpreter

Translate documents

For translations of pure text only, we charge based on the amount of pages. If it is a major project we can talk about a project cost.
Price: English to Vietnamese $6/page (300 words), Vietnamese to English $7/page  (300 words). For the first order we need advance payment. This is for general translations, for industry specific translations we will provide a quote based on the scope of work.

Translating paper work into English/Vietnamese and certifying it

You might need to translate and certify your degree or other official documents. Normally in Vietnam, you will need to get it translated by a government translation office. Then you will have to get it stamped by an authorized office to prove that your paperwork and the translation matches.
Price: $25 per page that needs official translation. (If you need copies of the translated document, look at “Verify document copies” below as well.)

Verify document copies

In some cases you might need to make some copies of your documents and get it officially stamped at an administration office.
Price: $20 per document (as long as it is less than 50 pages).

Interpreters

For an interpreter we charge per hour with additional fees if he/she have to join for a trip etc. We provide interpreters for business meetings, meeting with Vietnamese services, casual talks with Vietnamese friends and also expert interpreters for the court, workshops, meeting with lawyer etc.
Price: $20 for the first hour, $15 for each from the 2nd hour. This price does not apply for expert interpreters please contact us for that kind of service
